Questions
The things producers ask us first.
Do we have to move everything over on day one?
No. Most houses start with one live title — usually budgets and call sheets — and bring
the rest of the slate across once the unit is comfortable. We import your existing productions during setup.
Can our line producers and department heads use it on set?
Yes. CINIOne runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop, so call sheets, daily
reports and approvals work from location without installing anything.
How do you handle GST and Indian accounting conventions?
Money is handled in the crore and lakh convention throughout, and finance output is
GST-aware, so your reports line up with what your CA expects rather than needing conversion.
Who can see what?
Access is role-based across the studio — from a Super Admin producer down to a
view-only investor or auditor. People see the titles and departments they are assigned to, and nothing else.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. You can export your productions, ledgers and the full activity trail at
any time, and we will hand over a complete archive on request.
Do you support formats other than features?
Yes — web series, OTT originals, documentaries, ad films, music videos, shorts and live
events each get their own workspace, tuned to how that format is actually produced.
